Temeiul legal<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3439\" data-end=\"3677\">Prelucrarea datelor se face \u00een baza <strong data-start=\"3475\" data-end=\"3504\">consim\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului explicit<\/strong> al utilizatorului (art. 6 alin. 1 lit. a din GDPR).<br data-start=\"3556\" data-end=\"3559\">Consim\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul poate fi retras oric\u00e2nd, prin linkul de dezabonare sau printr-o solicitare scris\u0103 la adresa de contact.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3679\" data-end=\"3719\"><strong>5.
